With over 25 years of experience working with F&B teams in India and abroad, Tarakeshwar Rao has worked across fine dining, casual dining, buffet, banquet, and multi-cuisine operations.
He has conducted training programs and workshops for hotels, resorts, restaurants, corporate organizations, and Hotel Management colleges, helping teams and aspiring professionals develop practical skills for the hospitality industry.
He is also the author of "Service with Smile," a practical eBook for Food & Beverage service professionals.
